You receive constant one-on-one guidance by your personal trainer, as you are encouraged to push beyond your self-imposed limits. The ZenStrength program employs a simple and effective resistance system that promotes very slow, form-focused movements, free and open breathing, and zen-like concentration. 

The program is built around an individualized workout protocol performed twice weekly for 30 minutes with your personal trainer. Workouts are by appointment only; no walk-ins. 

Our studio provides a safe and serene atmosphere for training, to help promote the focus and attention necessary to receive the greatest rewards.

Owner and trainer, Kathy Lorenz, began this training program with Kent Young, the original developer of ZenStrength©, in 2009. Her background and studies in health and fitness, combined with the slow-style principles of strength training, uniquely qualify her to guide you in coaxing from within a determination that brings the most challenging goals within your grasp.
